How do you make red velvet cheesecake?
* Ingredients :
° 1 red food coloring (2 tons)
° 3 cups of flour
° 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
° 1/2 teaspoon salt
° 1/2 cocoa
° 1 butter
° 1/2 butter
° 1/2 shortening
° 2 cups of sugar
° 5 eggs
° 2 teaspoons vanilla
° cream cheese frosting
° Soft cream cheese
° 1 stick of butter
° 1 pound packet confectioners' sugar
° 1 tsp. vanilla
* Directions :
Step 1:
Beat creamy butter, ghee and sugar until light. Beat eggs each time, beating well after each addition. Mix vanilla and food coloring.
Step 2:
Mix flour, soda, cocoa and salt together. Add to cream mixture with curd. Cast To a greased also floured tube. Baking at 350 degrees about 1 h . Coled in pan for 10 min . Garnish as desired.
