Twice Baked Potato Casserole

 


Twice baked potato casserole is a super convenient recipe! Peel and mash the perfect baked potato for super creamy mashed potatoes....

 And, of course, twice-baked potatoes are good. I mean really, how can you go wrong with fries that are loaded with bacon and cheese? Am i right?!

Twice-Baked Potato Casserole takes all of those Twice-Favorites and bakes them in a creamy, cheesy Potato Casserole!


* Ingredients :

° 6 medium-sized baked potatoes or boiled potatoes (see below)
° Half a cup of butter
° 4 ounces soft cream cheese
° Half a cup of sour cream
° ½ cup milk or cream (add more or less if desired)
° Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
° 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
° 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
° 2 green onions cut into thin slices
° 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
° salt and pepper as needed

* Instructions

Heat the oven to 375 degrees F .
Mash warm baked potatoes or boiled potatoes with a potato masher. Adding butter, cheese also sour cream. Mash, adding milk/cream a little at a time until it reaches a creamy consistency.
Stirring in rest ingredients (except toppings) also distribue in a 2-quart saucepan.
Sprinkling on top & baking for 25-30 min  .
Recipe notes
To boil potatoes:
Wash 4 pounds of red-peeled potatoes. Peeling about half peel  also cut up them to big pieces. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of water until the potatoes are soft with a fork (about 15 minutes). drain well.
