° 1/4 cup Unstable Downy Plus, your favorite scent
° 4 teaspoons baking soda
° 1 cup boiling water
° 14 oz spray bottle
First, mix 1/4 cup of Downy Unstoppables with baking soda in a bowl.
Then pour boiling water on the mixture.Stir gently and let stand for 30 minutes.
The particles must be completely dissolved.
Then pour the mixture into a spray bottle.
