Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet

 


Garlic Butter Herb Steak Bites with Potatoes is a simple meal filled with tender garlic that melts in your mouth with potatoes. This is a meal the whole family will love!

My steak-loving ten year old son always begs for a steak every week.He likes steak and fries, and I like light meals, so this is a win-win situation.There is nothing better than steak and fries...is there?This dish is cooked with creamy herbs and garlic sauce and has a rich flavor that your family will love.

* Ingredients :

° 5 teaspoons of salted butter with 2 tablespoons of potatoes
° 2 teaspoons minced garlic
° 1 tsp dry Italian herb mix
° 1 tsp minced thyme fresh
° 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley
° 5 small steaks
° Salt and Pepper
° garlic powder
° 1 tablespoon olive oil
° 5 pounds small potatoes, cut into cubes

* Directions  :

Step 1:
Preheaat oven to 350 degrees.Mix the oil/garlic/and dried herbs in a small bowl. Seasonning steaks with salt, pepper, & garlic powder on both sides.

Step 2:
Placing skillet on medium-high heat also spray with oil. Grill steaks, about 4 min on every side, until tender also browned. Transfering to a plate and set apart .

Step 3:
Adding potatoes to skillet, season with salt/pepper/garlic powder and fry for 6 minutes until browned. Pushing potatoes to one side of pan and return steaks to the other side of pan.

The fourth step:
Transfering to oven and cook for 21 minutes, until potatoes are soft with a fork and the steak is cooked to your option .

Fifth step:
Directly after you take them out of oven, put a some garlic butter on each steak and the rest on potatoes and let them melt over food.
