Loaded Steak Quesadillas

 


Looking for a easy and satisfying dinner recipe about 30 minutes or less? Easy layout and not a lot of cleanup? Well, you got the coverage today! Because I wanted a good, simple and breezy meal that would make me full, keep me fit in the kitchen, and never take me back forever.

Here is the list of ingredients you will need :

* To make quesadillas, you will need:

° 4 large tortillas.
° 2 c of Mexican cheese blend.
° 1/2 m dry roasted corn kernels.
° 1/2°C cherry tomatoes, black beans cut into 1/2-meter thin slices.Cut a small avocado into cubes.Lemon wedges + fresh chopped coriander garnished with  and the meat

° I used:1 pound / 500 grams sirloin steak.
° 1 teaspoon chili powder.
° 1/2 teaspoon sweet pepper.
° 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. 
° 1/4 teaspoon ground Mexican seasoning.
° 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
° 1/4 teaspoon cumin.
° 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
° 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.

* Directions :  

Step 1:  I preheaat oven 450 degrees F .I prepared  baking sheet with a piece parchment paper.
Step 2: Combine all the spices and salt in a small bowl to form a steak.Spread a lot of fat on the steak with the spice mixture.
Step 3: I will heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.Each side of roast beef does not exceed 3 minutes.
Step 4: I remove the tortillas from the stove while cooking and let them sit for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Place 2 tortillas on the prepared plate and sprinkle with half a cup of cheese.I added tomatoes, black beans, corn and avocado.
Step 6:  I cutting steak against fiber into thin slices.I put the slices on the sandwich flatbread.
Step 7:  Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly on all the quesadillas, and then sprinkle the remaining French fries.
Step 8: Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are soft.
Step 9:  I take them off and cut them while they are still hot.
Step 10: I serve it with lemon wedges, sour cream, guacamole and fresh coriander.
