French Onion Chicken Bake




This French Onion Bread is a quick and easy baked chicken recipe for French onion soup lovers, complete with caramelized onions and a creamy cheese blend.


* ingredients :

° 4 onions, peeled and chopped
° 4 tablespoons of butter
° 4 garlic cloves, minced
° 1/2 teaspoon pepper
° 1 teaspoon thyme
° 2/3 c lowsodium beef broth
° 2 tsp vinegar balsamic
° 4 boneless, skinless breasts  chicken
° 1/2 tsp salt
° 1 c cheese mozzarella
° 1/2 c parmesan cheese


 
* Methods : 
 
Preheat oven to 400 degres & spraying baking plate with cooking spray

Put the oil in a large saucepan and heat it on high heat. Adding chop onion / cook for 5 min, stir occasionally.
Reduce the heat in the pan to medium, add garlic, pepper and thyme and cook for another minute

Stir in beef broth and balsamic vinegar, and cook until onions are jam-like, about 10 minutes.

When the onions are caramelized, put about a third of the mixture in the bottom of a greased baking dish.

Putting chicken  top of onions & sprinkling with salt.

Put the remaining onions on top of the chicken with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
