BACON CHEESE BURGER TWICE BAKED IDAHO POTATOES


* Ingredients :

°4 Idaho® baked potatoes
°cup melt butter
°1 C sour cream
°1 1/2 c Colby Jack cheese, divide to using
°½ teaspoon kosher salt
°Half a teaspoon of granulated garlic
°½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
°1 pound cooked ground beef (I've seasoned it with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic)
°½ cup barbecue sauce
°6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
°2 green onions, sliced

* Directions :

Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Scrub potatoes to clean and dry.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are fully cooked.
Removing To oven also placing on  wire rack to cool slightly.
Reduce oven temperature 375 degrees F .
Slice the potatoes, about half their length, and stick them to the bottom. Scraape potatoes with  spoon to a large mix bowl. Adding butter, sour cream, a C of cheese, garlic, salt // pepper. Mashing them or beat with an electric mixer, depend on texture you want.
Stuff spoon to potato peelings & placing on  baking tray.
Toss ground beef with BBQ sauce and pour evenly over potatoes. Sprinkling every potato with rest cheese, bacon, // green onions.
Baking about 20 to 25 min, or until potatoes are heated through and cheese has melted.
