Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken

*Ingredients :

+Chicken coating:
°3-4 boneless chicken breasts
°salt + pepper
°1 cup cornstarch
°2 scrambled eggs
°1/4 cup canola oil
°Sweet and sour sauce:
°3/4 cup sugar
°4 tablespoons ketchup
°1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
°1 tablespoon soy sauce
°1 teaspoon garlic salt

* Directions:

Begin by preheat oven to 325 degrees. Rinse chicken breasts with water also cut them into cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Dip the chicken in the cornstarch to coat, then dip in the egg. Heat ¼ cup of oil in a large frying pan and cook chicken until brown but not fully cooked. Placing chicken in  greased 9*13 baking dish. Mix all the ingredients for the sweet and sour sauce in a bowl with a whisk, then pour evenly over the chicken. Bake for an hour and during the baking process you will need to turn the chicken every 15 minutes.
