*Ingredients :

°2 pounds minced meat
°1 medium onion chopped
°3 garlic cloves, minced
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°2 15 ounce cans tomato sauce
°1 15 oz water
°1 12 ounces tomato paste
°1 teaspoon thyme
°1 teaspoon basil
°16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
°16 ounces cream cheese, small curd, (or ricotta cheese)
°¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
°Salt and Pepper
°1 16 ounce package of lasagna noodles

* Methods : 

Heat oven 350 degrees F .
In  skillet, adding olive oil, chop onions & garlic. Frying onions To soft & translucent.
Add minced meat and cook until completely brown, and the fat is drained. Return to the pan.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, thyme, basil, salt and pepper.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat, cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, rinse and set aside (I usually add 1 teaspoon of oil to the water so the pasta doesn't stick together).
Place a small amount of the meat mixture on the bottom of the dish in a 14" x 11" x 2" baking dish, or two smaller baking dishes. spread around.
Add the lasagna noodles (about 5-6, they will overlap each other).
Next, put half the amount of cheese on top of the pasta and distribute it over the pasta.
Pour the meat mixture over the cottage cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Next add? of mozzarella cheese.
Repeaat with other layer macaroni, cottage cheese, meat blend, Parmesan cheese, & mozzarella cheese.
The end layer is pasta cover with rest meat mix and rest mozzarella cheese.
Cover with tin foil and cook for about an hour.
Served with salad and garlic bread.
