Easy Texas Turtle Sheet Cake

Unapologetically decadent and that's why we love him!

**Ingredients :

2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups bread flour
1 cup butter
1 cup strong black coffee
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Chocolate cream:
1/4 cup butter
4 tablespoons of milk
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Turtle stuffing:
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 c semi-sweet-chocolate-chips
1 cup caramel sauce, for greasing

Methods : 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degres. Greased pan also grease it with flour or utilize parchment paper. In  bowl, mixing baking flour with granulated sugar. Sit apart.
2. In a saucepan, mix a cup of butter with a cup of coffee and a third of a cup of cocoa. Bring  mix to a boil with constant stir. Pour to prepared dried ingredients. Employ hand mixer, stir on speed to dry and wet ingredients are well mixed . Adding eggs and half a cup milk. Mixing on speed for 1 min to well mixed .
3. Pour to pan and baking for 25 to 30 min. While cake is done
4. Prepare frosting. In  saucepan, blend 1/4 cup butter, 4 tsp buttermilk and 3 tsp un-sweetened cocoa powder. Bring to  boil on heat, stir constantly.
5. Removing to heat and employ whisk to gradually stir in powdered sugar, ½ c at a time.
6. Spreading or pour hot frost on cake. While cake is still warm, sprinkle with chopped pecans and chocolate chips. Sprinkle with caramel sauce.
