“Learn how making funnel cakes at home! Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Even better than funnel cakes! Three great sauces!”

* you need :

° 2 cups of milk
° 1 egg
° 2 teaspoons of vanilla
° 2 cups of flour
° a pinch of salt
° 1 teaspoon baking soda
° 2 tablespoons of sugar
° 6 tsp butter - melted

First start by mixing the milk, eggs, vanilla, and butter together. Then add salt, baking soda and sugar. Then slowly add the flour and mix until everything is a smooth mixture. Then pour the mixture into a large, huge gallon bag or if you have an ice pack or funnel. Set aside for a few minutes.

Pour about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil into a deep skillet. Let it heat for about 2 minutes and then turn it over to medium-low. To test if the oil is hot enough, drip a small drop of the mixture into the oil. If it is fried, then it is ready.

You want to get your batter bag and make little dots in the oil. Let it sit for about a minute and then get a fork and spoon to slowly turn it over. Until it becomes golden brown. Place them on a paper plate with paper towels and sprinkle with powdered sugar. It can be served with whipped cream or fruit on top.

to caution-
Working with any type of hot oil can be dangerous. Be sure to take appropriate precautions when doing this. The oil does not need to be at a high temperature at all. Just enough to make it warm and keep it warm.

Enjoy !
