* Ingredients:
° 1 c melt butter (or 1 stick of butter and 1 stick of margarine)
° 2 c sugar
° 1/2 c un-sweetened cocoa
° 4 L eggs (slightly beaten)
° 1 tsp vanilla
°1/8 tsp salt
°1 1/2 c flour
°1 1/2 c coarsely chop pecans, toast
°1 (10.5 oz) small bag marshmallows
*Methods :
1. Whisking melted butter with next 5 ingredients in bowl.
Add flour & chop pecans.
2. Pour blend to a floured 15" * 10" jelly roll pan.
3. Baking in oven at 350 degrees about 20 to 25 min
4. Taking it out of oven. Spreading warm cake equally with marshmallows.
Returning to oven & bake for 5 min.
5. Sprinkling chocolate cream on warm cake.

° 1 pack (16 oz) powder sugar, sifted
° 1/2 c. milk
° 1/4 c. softened butter
° 1/3 c. Unsweetened cocoa
Whisk all ingredients with an electric-mixer To smooth
