New York Cheesecake Cookies

*Ingredients :

°1 14 cups graham-cracker, finely-ground (1 km)
°1 c flour
°1 12 tsp baking powder
°1 stick (8 tablespoons) soft unsalted butter
°1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed
°1 egg, separated
°3 ounces soft cream cheese
°14 cups granulated sugar
°2 teaspoons lemon zest
°1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla

* Directions :

Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In  bowl, mixing graham cracker, flour, and baking powder. In  bowl, whisk butter with brown sugar use an electric hand-mixer. Adding egg whites and beat until well blended. Add to the graham crackers and mix until combined.
In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the soft cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg yolks, lemon peel, and vanilla until well blended. Sit aside.
Using a small ice cream scoop, roll out the cookie dough and place on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. 
Flatt it out bit, also press your thumb to middle of ball to create small bowl shape. Repeat with the remaining dough. Pour cream cheese into the spaces in the cookies.
Baking to filling is just barely set also cookies are slightly golden, for 12 min. Leave to cool for 5 min on baking sheet before remove & cooling totally totally on wire rack
