Chicken Fried Steak

* Ingredients :

°1⁄2 teaspoon of cumin
°1⁄2 teaspoon of paprika
°olive oil (or sunflower)
°2 tbsp flour
°1⁄2 tsp salt
°1 pinch pepper
°350 g of chicken cutlet
°1 c corn flakes
°2 egg

*Preperation :

STEP 1
  Cut the escalopes into small aiguillettes or small pieces.
2ND STEP
In a deep plate, put a little oil then mix the cumin and paprika, salt and pepper.
STEP 3
Putting chicken to marinate, brush it well, then set apart.
STEP 4
Crush the corn flakes into breadcrumbs. Mix salt, pepper, cumin, paprika and 1 teaspoon of flour with the breadcrumbs.
STEP 5
In another deep plate, combine the remaining flour with a teaspoon of salt.
STEP 6
On another plate, beat the eggs.
STEP 7
Dip in follow order: chicken, egg & corn flakes. The chicken is ready to be fried in oil !!
STEP 8
Heat oil 180 ° C.
STEP 9
Fry a maximum of 3 or 4 pieces at a time (the oil should not cool too much), for 3 or 4 minutes on each side (depending on the size). I recommend cooking only one at the beginning to test the best cooking.
STEP 10
Once the chicken is cooked, place the pieces on a wire rack and paper towels.
STEP 11
Serve hot with fries or salad.
