Chicken Spaghetti



Who doesn't like pasta? This recipe can be cooked with all kinds of pasta, from tagliatelle to fettuccine... give it a try! Mamamiaaa...

*Ingredients for 4 people

°4 chicken breasts
°2 cloves minced garlic
°2 small cans of mushrooms or a large can
°4 small leeks, thinly sliced
°olive oil
°salt pepper
°Split pepper
°1 small box of liquid sour cream
°1 tablespoon of flour
°2 tablespoons of water
°1 box of macaroni
°grated parmesan
°A little bit of chopped parsley

* Preparation :

1 Cut chicken breasts into thin slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chicken strips and saute for a few minutes. Add garlic, mushrooms, parsley and shallots. Cook on medium heat. Adding salt, pepper, & pepper. When all is cook well. Adding sour cream. Bring it to boil. Mixing flour with water. Add this mixture to the skillet and stir until combined. So be it now. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water. instillation; Add spaghetti to the sauce and stir over low heat. Arrange on serving plate. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of split pepper for color. Good tasting.
