Cracker-barrel-meatloaf



 Meatloaf is perfectly seasoned and extremely tender thanks to the addition of grated cheese and topped with a delicious garnish that will amaze you!

*ingredients
 
°1 ½ pounds ground beef (85�t-free)
°½ cup yellow onion (small cubes)
°1 cup green pepper (small cubes)
°3 eggs
°¼ ounce sharp cheddar cheese
°Half a cup of whole milk
°Ritz biscuits (2 km)
°1 tsp salt & pepper
°Meatloaf Fost
°Half a c ketchup
°Half a c brown sugar
°1 tsp yellow mustard
°1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

* Instructions :

Heat oven 350°F (176°C).
In a small bowl, combine the icing ingredients, and whisk until smooth. set aside for later.
½ cup of ketchup, ½ cup of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
In a large bowl, add ground beef, onion, green pepper, eggs, cheese, milk, crushed Ritz, salt and pepper. Using your clean hands, mix all ingredients well.
1 pound ground beef, 12 cups yellow onions, 12 cups green peppers, 3 eggs, 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, 12 cups whole milk, Ritz crackers, 1 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
 Place the meatloaf mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and shape into a loaf.
Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and spread the frosting over the meatloaf.
Return the meatloaf to the oven and continue baking for 30 minutes or until the meatloaf is 72°C when the temperature is checked in the middle of the baking.
We take it out of the oven and leave it for 10 minutes. Slice it, serve, and enjoy!
