Fruit cobbler

The shoemaker may be organized with a myriad of fruits: peaches, cherries, blueberries ... To make this shoemaker, we selected ripe peaches and yogurt ice cream, however you could make your own. It's very smooth to do, so it may not be the remaining component you do.

*ingredients :

°6 peaches, thinly sliced
°fifty five gm cup brown sugar
°Zest and juice of two lemons
°2 tablespoons of cornstarch
°Half tsp cinnamon
°one hundred sixty g complete wheat flour
°60 grams of sugar
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°seventy six gm bloodless butter, cubed
°one hundred twenty ml yoghurt (250 ml of complete milk + juice of 1/2 of a lemon)
°Half a cup of chopped almonds
°Ice cream to serve

* Preparation :

We get the yoghurt. To do this, we positioned milk in a bowl after which pour lemon juice. Stir and depart for 10 mins at room temperature till we get a combination with the arrival of shredded milk.

Preheat oven 200 ° C & greased 22x22 cm dish.
In a massive bowl, integrate peaches, brown sugar, lemon peel, juice, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Pour the combination into the baking dish and set it aside.

In every other bowl, blend the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the butter in cubes and pinch it together along with your arms till it forms pea-sized granules.

Then we integrate the milk and beat - with a scoop if our mixer has this tool - till a homogeneous paste is formed.
Finally, positioned tablespoons of the paste at the peach combination and sprinkle with almonds.

Bake for 45-fifty five mins or till peaches are softened and skins are mild brown.
Serve it with ice cream or yogurt.

Enjoy !
