Mac with alfredo sauce

* Ingredients :

°°90 g of Parmesan
°350 g of tagliatelle or fettuccine
°parsley chopped parsley
°1 bird's eye pepper (or, failing that, powdered cayenne pepper)
°90 g butter
°15 cl of liquid cream

* Preperation :

STEP 1
Melt the butter with the cream in a non-stick pan.
2ND STEP
Add the coarsely chopped Parmesan (if it is not already powdered!), Half the chopped parsley and the small bird's eye pepper cut open lengthwise.
STEP 3
Cook the pasta as directed on the bag.
STEP 4
Removing bird's-eye pepper shell to sauce, drain pasta and pour sauce on it, mixing well.
STEP 5
Decorate with the rest of the chopped parsley.
STEP 6
Do not add too much salt, the Parmesan will have already enhanced the taste of the pasta.
