No bake Pecan coconut Praline cookies




* Ingredients :

+For about fifteen cookies:

°Two tablespoons of ground flaxseeds
°150 grams of rice flour
°70 grams of buckwheat or coconut flour
° 50 g of millet flour
° 100 grams of natural cane sugar
°1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
° 2/3 teaspoon of baking soda
°pinch of salt
°70gm coconut oil or vegetable margarine
°3 tablespoons of praline paste
° 90-100 grams of dark chocolate from Fair Trade
° 50 gm pecans


* Preparation : 

Mix flax seeds with 4-5 tablespoons of lukewarm water.

Mix sugar with salt and vanilla.
Soften the coconut oil if necessary and add it to the mixture.
Add praline paste.
