Potato with cheese and smoked sausage


°1 kg of crispy potatoes
°4 smoked sausages
°0.1 onion
°1 nut butter

* Methods :

Cook the potatoes, unpeeled, in a large pot of water for 20 minutes. Pre-cook sausage about 15 min in boil water.
During this time, peel and thaw the onions, chop finely and fry in a little butter until they turn brown.

Drain the potatoes, let them cool slightly, then peel them and cut them into slices. Drain the sausage also and cut it into slices.
Heat the oven to 200-210 ° C.

In a baking tray, we pour half the amount of potatoes, sausage and onions. Mix a little and then cover with thin slices of reblochon (half). Repeat the process with the other half of the potatoes, sausages and onions, and cover with the rest of the reblochon, thinly sliced. Add salt and pepper.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, the cheese should turn brown.
