° 2 cloves of garlic
° 2 tablespoons olive oil
° Provence herbs
° 8 potatoes
° 8 cl of water
° 1 onion
° 1 leek
° 400g smoked sausage

Chop the onions and shallots. Finely chop two cloves of garlic. Cut the sausage into small slices.
The second step
Fry everything in a frying pan with two tablespoons of olive oil. Salt (not too much, smoked sausage), pepper and sprinkle with Provence herbs. For reservations.

Cut the peeled and washed potatoes into cubes. Fry them in the deep fryer for a few minutes.
