Tennessee peach pudding

Really crunchy peach pudding. Easy to prepare with canned peaches, they're perfect for weekday evenings.

*Ingredients :

°1 can (796 ml) peaches, sliced
°2 tbsp. melted butter
°cinnamon pinch
°pinch of nutmeg
°1 c. Corn Starch
°1/2 cup water
°1 cup milk
°1 cup sugar
°1 cup all-purpose flour
°2 tbsp. Baking-powder
°pinch salt
°1/2 c butter
°1 c. cinnamon
°1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Preheat oven 350°F (175°C). In  bowl, mix peaches & their juice, 2 tbsp A tablespoon of melted butter, a pinch of cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add it to the peaches..
In another bowl, mix the milk, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until smooth (the mixture will be somewhat runny).
Melt ½ cup of butter in a rectangular baking dish. Pour the mixture over the melted butter. Spoon the peach mixture over the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake for an hour or until a knife comes out clean from the center of the cake.
