Baked Potato Salad

*ingredients :

° 8 to 10-sized potatoes
°12 slices of bacon, cooked, cooled and crumbled
° 1 yellow onion, diced
° ½ teaspoon of chives
° 1 pinch of salt
° 1 pinch of pepper
° 1/12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
° 1 cup sour cream
° ½ cup mayonnaise
° Green onions for garnish

* instructions :

The first step:
Wash the potatoes and cut them into small pieces
Boil the potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes
The second step:
Drain potatoes also put them in fridge to cool
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream using a whisk
Third step:
Add onions, chives, half of the bacon, half a cup of cheddar cheese, and potatoes
Add salt and pepper and stir gently until combined
The fourth step:
Garnish with rest cheese, bacon & green onions
