Beef Tips, Egg Noodles and Creamy Gravy


°2 pounds sirloin steak (round steak, feathers of your choice), cut and cubed
° 1 small white onion, finely chopped
° 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
° 1 cup milk
° Half a cup of red vinegar
° 1 pack of Lipton Beef & Onion Soup
° 2 packages of Egg Noodles (32 ounces, cooked and drained)

* instructions:

The first step:
Placing Dutch oven on medium-high heat
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil
The second step:
Add the cubed meat and chopped onions
Fry the meat and cook until the onions are slightly soft
Third step:
In a bowl, combine milk, 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup, red wine vinegar, and Lipton Onion Soup Mix.
When the soup is blended, add to the pot along with the meat and onions
The fourth step:
Cook until it starts to boil
Reduce heat and cook for 4 hours or until beef edges are tender
Fifth step:
When the meat is cooked, add the cooked noodles
Stir well until combined and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently
