Best Blueberry Lemon Muffins

*ingredients :

° 1 1/2 cups or frozen berries
° 2 cups plus three tablespoons flour, divided
° 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° ½ c unsalted butter, room temperature
° 2 eggs
° 1 c sugar
° 1 tsp lemon extract
° 7 tsp milk
° 1 tablespoon lemon peel
+ streusel:
° Half a cup of sugar
° 2 tablespoons of flour
° Half a cup of brown sugar
° 2 tsp melt butter

* Methods  :

The first step:
Preheat oven 350*
Put the paper muffin cups in a baking tray
The 2d step:
Mix the streusel collectively in a small bowl

Sixth step:
Test it with a toothpick withinside the middle, if it comes out easy it is done.
Seventh step:
