Chicken puffs with roasted garlic


•1 pound chicken breast
•2 oz cream cheese
•1/2 C shredded Swiss
•1/2 C cheddar cheese
•2 tsp fresh mince garlic
•2 tsp chives
•1/2 c green onions


Cook chicken and cut into small pieces. Add minced garlic to chicken and cook until browned/reduced. Put the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, add the warm chicken mixture and mix. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling into canned crescent rolls and cook as directed. It is better to stuff the rolls and make them stick out from the sides. I recommend buying at least 4 cans of large crusty rolls because the mixture goes a long way.
