Earthquake Cake 😍


°1 box of German chocolate cake mix 
°1/3 cup oil
°3 eggs
°1 and 1/3 cup water
°2/3 cup shredded coconut
°2/3 cup chocolate chips
°1/2 cup chopped pecans
°1/2 cup butter
°8 ounces cream cheese
°1 pound powdered sugar (3 and 3/4 cups)

* Directions :

Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a 9" x 13" skillet.
Sprinkling coconut, chocolate chips, & walnuts in bottom of pan.
Mixing German chocolate cake blend with oil, eggs & water.
Pour cake mix over the coconut/chocolate chips/pecan layer.
In a saucepan, melt butter and cream cheese.
Beat 1 pound of powdered sugar until smooth over the butter/cream cheese.
Spread this mixture over the uncooked German chocolate cake in the skillet, and stir the mixture into the cake mix using a knife.
Bake for 35-45 minutes. This is done when it won't sway in the pan if you shake it. The toothpick test should not pass because the cake should be more viscous in nature.
