Fried Cabbage and Bacon

* ingredients:

° 1 chop cabbage
° 1 chop onion
° 2 tsp. mince garlic
° 5 tranches of chop bacon (reserve the bacon fat)
° ½ tsp. onion powder
° ½ tsp. garlic powder
° Salt & pepper to taste

* Methods :

The first step:
Start by frying the bacon. When done, set it apart & let it cool. cut to little pieces.
The second step:
Save the bacon.
Use reserved bacon fat, in  cast iron skillet, sauté chopped onions to they turn brown.
Third step:
Next, adding chop garlic to cast iron. Cooking for 30 sec.
Reduce heat to medium low. Then adding cabbage, mix & adding lid to the pan.
The fourth step:
Letting mixture cook to cabbage is soft & tender.
Time cabbage is done, adding spices, salt, & pepper.
Fifth step:
Finally, finish the dish by adding bacon on top.
