Hawaiian Pizza Sliders


* ingredients:

°12 dinner-roll OR Hawaiian-bread roll
°1/2 c pizza-sauce
°1/4 tsp Italian-season
°6 slices deli slices of black forest or honey ham
°6 slices mozzarella cheese
°1/2 C fresh pineapple, small cube , drain
°1 tsp melted butter
°a pinch salt
°Little pinch of pepper

* Methods :

Heat oven 350 degrees F .
Unroll the dinner rolls and use a bread knife to cut them in half so that all the tops are separated from the bottom. Set the tops aside.
Placing roll bottoms on baking tray. I like to line my baking board with a silicone baking mat because it makes cleanup quick and easy.
Spreading pizza sauce on bottom half of rolls all methods to edges. Sprinkling sauce with Italian season.
Laying pork chops on top of pizza sauce. Depend on size of the pork chops, it may taking more or less pork to covering all rolls and get good layer meat. Use your best judgment on this.
Placing mozzarella cheese tranches on ham.)
Sprinkle the pineapple all over the cheese, making sure to spread it out to get an even coverage.
Lay the mold rolls on top of the pineapple, and slice toward the fruit.
Using pastry brush to brushing surfaces of rolls with melt butter. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the butter.
Baking for 15 min, or until edges of rolls have flakes & cheese has melt.
Carefully removing it to oven. Cutting slider with  sharp knife time it's cool to handle. Transfer it to a serving plate and serve immediately.
