* ingredients:
°1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
°3 scrambled eggs
°4 tablespoons of oil
°2 cups flour
°4 teaspoons paprika
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon pepper
°1 tsp poultry seasoning (or chicken broth powder)
°1 tsp oregano
°1 tsp tarragon
°1 tsp parsley
°1/2 teaspoon thyme
°1 teaspoon chives
°1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
°1/2 teaspoon onion powder
°1/2 teaspoon celery salt
+ Directions :
Siftting flour, add all paint ingredients, grind well with a mortar & pestle & put in a clean plastic bag. Coat every chicken piece first with beaten egg, then with the flour blend into the bag. Make sure every piece is totally covering with flour.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Slowly brown chicken in oil without cover it. Once browned, cover the pan and continue frying over very low heat until the chicken is completely cooked through. Laying it out on paper towels to drain excess
