Outback Walkabout Onion Soup




* ingredients:

° 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
° Half a cup of cheddar cheese
° 1/4 cup Velveta cheese
° 2 cubes of chicken broth
° 1 packet chicken broth
° 2 tsp of butter
° 1/4 tsp black pepper
° 1/4 tsp sea salt
+ Cream sauce:
 ° 3 tsp flour
°3 tsp butter
° 1 1/2 c whole milk
° 1/4 tsp salt
+ For decoration:
 Bacon & shredded cheese

* Methods :

The first step:
 Adding 2 tsp butter & an onion slice in saucepan on medium heat.
Cooking to onions are soft.
The second step:
Stirring in stock cubes, stock, salt & pepper.
Stirring frequently for 5 min, to flour has softened and sauce is done.
Third step:
Add the Velveta cheese to the onion soup mixture. Pour sauce mix as well. Stirring to smooth.
The onion soup be simmer for about 5 min, to cheese melts. Constantly stirring.
The fourth step:
Once the Velveta cheese is melted, reduce the heat to very low. Cook for 45 minutes.
Garnish with cheese and bacon (optional).
