Oven Roasted Smoked Sausage and Potatoes

* ingredients :

°1 onion
°2 cloves of garlic
°2 tablespoons olive oil
°Provence herbs
°8 potatoes
°8 cl of water
°1 leek
°400g smoked sausage

level 1
Chop onions and leeks.  chop 2 cloves of garlic. Cutting sausage into slices.
The second step
Fry everything in a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Salt (not too much, smoked sausage), pepper and sprinkle with Provencal herbs. For reservations.
Step 3
Cutting peel and washed potatoes to cubes. Fry in the pan for a few minutes until golden.
Step 4
Mixing it with the preparation and simmer for 15 min with half  glass of water.
