Potato with cheese & smoked sausage



+To prepare this cheese casserole, you only need:

°5 medium size potatoes, boiled and cut into cubes.
°500gm smoked sausage, skinless.
°500 g velveta cheese, cut to small cubes.
°500 ml milk.
°¼ cup of sharp grated cheddar cheese.
°4 teaspoons of soft butter.
°4 teaspoons of flour.
°1/2 teaspoon salt.
°1/4 teaspoon pepper.

*Follow these steps to take:

Step 1:
We started by slicing the skinless smoked sausage in half lengthwise and then into 12-inch-half-moon pieces.
Step 2:
Next, we cooked the chopped sausage for about 15 minutes in a cast iron skillet, stirring regularly, until slightly browned.
Step 3:
Next, we chose a 2-liter saucepan and combined the boiled and chopped potatoes with the cooked sausage and gently added, stirring well.
The fourth step:
In a skillet over medium heat, we've combined all ingredients except shredded cheddar cheese and smoked paprika until everything is warm and soft.
Fifth step:
On top of the potatoes and sausage, pour the white cheese sauce, sprinkle over the grated sharp cheddar cheese, followed by an even layer of smoked paprika.
Sixth step:
Next, we baked them for at least 35 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit in a preheated oven and watched until the surface was completely golden brown.
