Salted Caramel Cracker Bites


°4 cups oyster crackers
°3/4 cup butter
°3/4 cup brown sugar
°2 teaspoons vanilla paste or extract
°1 teaspoon kosher salt

* instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking tray with paper (or aluminum foil) & spraying lightly with non-stick cooking spraying.
Spreading biscuits in an even layer on baking tray.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Stir until brown sugar dissolves.
Raise heat to blend starts to boil. Stir constantly for 3-4 minutes while the mixture becomes bubbly and lighter in color. It will smell delicious!
Turning off heat and easy pour on biscuits. Mix gently with a rubber spatula until completely covered.
Sprinkling salt on biscuits.
Put in the oven for 8-10 minutes until it burns.
