°8 eggs
°2 and a half cups
°1/2 cup milk
°3 tablespoons granulated sugar
°1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
°1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
°1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
°1/2 teaspoon salt
°Crunchy Cinnamon
°1 1/2 sticks butter 12 tbsp
°1 cup packed light brown sugar
°1 tablespoon light corn syrup, optional
°1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
°1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Prepare a 9 x 13 baking dish by coating the entire interior of the dish with butter or cooking spray. Sit aside.
Cut the French bread into slices, about an inch thick. Arrange the slices in the prepared baking dish in rows, overlapping the slices. Sit aside.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Add half and half, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
Pour the egg mixture over the slices of bread, making sure to cover it evenly. Pour a little of the mixture between the slices, making sure to cover all the slices completely. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, carefully flip each piece of bread to make sure everything is nice and coated with the mixture.
make topping
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix together. Pour the topping over the prepared slices of bread. Then spread it evenly over the bread (as if you were making a cake).
Bake for 35 minutes, until puffed and slightly browned.

Enjoy !
