* ingredients:
° 1 pound of lean ground beef
°1 large onion (chopped)
° 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
°1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
° Dash or Worcester sauce
° 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I used 3/4 cheddar cheese and 1/4 mozzarella cheese)
°1 cup milk
° 12 cups original Bisquik mix
°2 egg
* Methods :
Heat oven to 400 degrees F . Spray a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick cooking spray, cook beef and minced onions in skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until meat is browned. Drain the excess fat. Add salt, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce, spread on a pie plate, sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef in a small bowl, and whisk together the milk, eggs and bisquick. Make sure to try to get as many blocks as possible. Pour over meat mixture. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean Bake in oven for 25 minutes Cheeseburger patty serves 4-5 persons
