Long-John-Silver’s-batter-Fish



*Ingredients :

Frying batter:

•1 1/2 cups flour
•4 tablespoons cornstarch
•1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•1/2 tsp SALT
•1 1/2 C hot water
You will also want chicken or fish

* Itinerary :

In bowl, sifting dried ingredients. Adding water and mixing well.
Coat chicken or fish fillets totally with  batter and frying  to golden brown.
