* ingredients:

°1 pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding Blend (I use dry) I will use Sugar Free
°1 can of crush pineapple (not drained)
°2 medium/large can mandarin oranges (drained)
°1 pkg Cool Whip 8 oz (You can use fat-free)

* Directions :

Mix Cool Whip & Vanilla Pudding (don't make the pudding, just use it dry), adding undrained crush pineapple also both cans of drain mandarin oranges. (Using as many tangerines as you like, more/less) Save a some mandarin oranges to decorate the top of salad. Refrigerate it until it thickens again maybe 2 hours before you need to use it, use it as a side plate with a meal or serving it with ice cream as a dessert! Whip & fresh tangerine.  I love wonderful whip topping for my salad as per origin. Try it a few times to see what works best for you.
