Perfect Fried Shrimps


*ingredients :

°canola oil
°2 large eggs, scrambled
°1 cup full fat milk
°2 tsp hot sauce (such as chole)
°2 lbs deveined raw shrimp
°3/4 C flour
°2/3 C (about 2 7/8 ounces) cornmeal
°1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
°1 tsp black pepper
°1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
+To serve: lemon wedges, cocktail sauce, remoulade (optional)

* How to make it:

Step 1 Pour oil to a depth of 2 inches to  deep fry pan; Heat above to 370 degrees F . While oil is heat, whisking eggs, milk, & hot sauce in a shallow dish; Adding shrimp to the mixture also stir to covered. Whisking flour, cornmeal, salt, black pepper, & cayenne pepper in a detach shallow dish.
Step 2 Removing 6 to 8 shrimp from egg blend, and mix; Weasel in flour mixture. Putting crush shrimp in the hot oil. Frying to the coating is golden and crunchy, for 2 minutes. Lift with a perforated spoon onto a baking sheet lined with paper towels. Repeating with rest shrimp, returning oil to 370°F on heat before adding every batch of shrimp.
