Potato rolls with bacon

* ingredients :

°5 potatoes
°250 grams of delicious pork slices
°250g cheese, sliced
°250 grams of bacon
°250 grams of spinach
°1/2 onion
°10 grams of finely chopped parsley

Heat oven to 180 ° C
Wash and sterilize the parsley and spinach.
In a saucepan, pour 250ml of water, salt, drizzle oil and add the potatoes.
On a board, finely chop the onion and brown it in a pan with a little oil, letting it brown. Finely chop the spinach and parsley.
Once the potatoes are cooked and peeled, mash them and add the onions and parsley, mixing well.
On a sheet of aluminum foil, put the potatoes and spread them in the form of a rectangle, add the ham, cheese and spinach, and roll to remove the foil.
Once the potato roll is left, place the bacon strips so they are rolled up, and bake for 35 minutes.
