°1 head of cabbage
°2 lbs ground meat
°2 grated onions
°1 cup of rice
° salt, pepper, coriander
° tomato sauce
° Quince one piece

*Directions :

Boil the cabbage, mix meat/onions/rice, salt, pepper, coriander.
We take a leaf of cabbage, put the minced meat in it and wrap it in cabbage rolls
Put the cabbage rolls in the pot, cover with a plate, put the quince slices on the rolls, then pour the tomato sauce.
Cook until tender.
