Asparagus casserole with cheese


°8 asparagus
°To prepare the sauce:
°20 grams of butter
°15 grams of flour
°15 cl of milk
°15 cl of fresh cream
°80 grams of grated cheese
°Salt and Pepper

Clean and cook the asparagus in boiling, salted water for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on size.
Drain the asparagus, run it through cold water and pat dry.
In saucepan, melting butter, add the flour & stir.
Pour in the milk in small quantities, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens, then remove from the heat and add the grated cheese and fresh cream. Salt and Pepper. 
In a gratin dish, arrange the asparagus in a single layer and cover with the béchamel-cheese sauce.
Roast the asparagus in the oven at 190°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
