Delicious Muffins Filled with Zucchini : Moist and Fragrant !


°190g (1½ cup) flour
°60g (1/3 cup) potato starch
°60ml (1/5 cup) milk
°3 eggs
°10g (2 teaspoons) of baking powder
°70 ml (1/3 cup) oil
°50g (1/4 cup) Parmesan cheese
°150g (1 cup) cheese
°1 zucchini

*Methods : 

Beat the eggs. Add yogurt and oil. to mix. Add flour and baking powder. The mass was whipped.
Add Parmesan and stir. Add the chopped salted zucchini.
Pour half an amount into a muffin mold. Add the cheese pieces, then pour the rest of the mixture.
Bake at 360°F/180°C for 30 minutes. serving
