Homemade Spaghetti

 




* Ingredients :

Pepper
Salt
3 cl. olive oil
8 basil leaf(s)
1 garlic clove(s)
100g. onion
60g. by Grana Padano
600g. tomato
320g. of spaghetti


*Preparation

Wash, peel and cut the onions into small pieces.

 

Heat a saucepan over medium heat with oil. When the oil is hot, add the onions and unpeeled garlic clove.

 

As soon as the onions are golden, add the tomatoes cut into pieces, the basil, the salt, the pepper and cook for about 20 minutes.

 

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a saucepan with plenty of boiling salted water.

 

Drain the pasta (undercooked) and garnish with the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with plenty of grana padano D.O.P. and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
