Salted Caramel Kentucky Butter Cake.



°3 cups/13 1/2 ounces flour (all-purpose)
°2 cups sugar (granulated)
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
°1 cup curd or fermented milk
°1 cup butter (room temperature)
°2 teaspoons of vanilla
°4 large eggs
°3/4 cup of sugar
°1/3 cup of butter
°3 tablespoons of water
°2 teaspoons of vanilla

*How to make :

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F .
Heavily greased and floured in a 12°F skillet or 10-inch tube pan.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, 2 cups of sugar, salt, baking powder, soda, milk, 1 cup of butter, 2 teaspoons of vanilla and the eggs. beat on low speed until moist. Increase mixer speed to medium and beat for another 3 minutes. Putting mix in the cake pan and spreading it evenly.

Baking cake in preheated oven for 55 to 65 min
Meanwhile, in  saucepan on medium heat, mix 3/4 cup sugar, 1/3 c butter, 3 tablespoons water, and 2 teaspoons vanilla; Cook, stirring, until butter melts. Do not boil the mixture. 

Remove cake to wire rack and pierce it with a fork or skewer while placing it in the pan. Spicy butter sauce is poured over the hot cake.
