Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken



3 chicken breasts

2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese

1 packet of ranch seasoning

1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

8 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon

8 slices of cheddar cheese

8 hoagie rolls


Into your slow cooker, add the chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, and garlic powder. Cook on high for about 3-4 hours.
