Donut Doughnuts: How to make them irresistible !



°140 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
°240 ml (1 cup) of water
°3 eggs
°75 g (half a cup) butter
°a pinch of salt
°Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract

*Methods :

Put the water and butter over medium heat and boil until the butter melts.
Add salt and flour and mix with a spoon until a dough forms.
Add the vanilla extract to the batter, then crack 3 eggs, one at a time, while working the batter with the hand mixer.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and roll out 12 circles on parchment paper.
Cook each donut in the preheated oil for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
