Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole



°2 lbs ground meat
°2 minced garlic cloves
°Half a teaspoon of onion powder
°1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces
°8 eggs
°1 cup heavy whipped cream
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°Half tsp ground black pepper
°1 package (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

*How to make a low carb cheeseburger

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat  skillet on medium-high heat. Cook and toss beef with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard the fat.
Spread the beef on the bottom of a 9" x 13" casserole dish. stir in bacon bits.
Whisking eggs, heavy cream, salt & pepper in medium bowl to well blended. Stir in 8 ounces of cheddar cheese.
Pour egg mix on beef & bacon. Top with 4 oz of cheese.
Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
