Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents



°1 lb. sausage, breakfast, Italian or other
°1 c grated cheese of your choice
°8 oz. Soft cream cheese
°2 boxes of cooled croissants
°Pepper to taste

*How to make :

Preheat oven 375 degrees.
Rolling croissants flat also cut every triangle in half lengthwise.
Cooking ground sausage until it is totally brown.
Adding cooled sausage to mixing bowl along with cream cheese, grated cheese of your choice, also pepper to taste. Stir until completely homogeneous.
Placing small ball of sausage mixture on top of every croissant, where it is fatter.
Starting at larger end, roll the croissant dough on sausage filling to form  mini filled croissant.
Baking for 15 min, to golden brown also cook through.
