Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Putting parchment paper on baking sheet.
In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, icing sugar and powdered sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Adding vanilla extract and eggs to butter-sugar mix and mix well until completely combine.

In a separate bowl, whisk the flour and salt together. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a smooth paste forms.

Take about 1 tsp of dough and flatten it in palm of your hand. Place a small halved Twix mold in the middle, wrap the dough around it and roll it into a ball. Make sure the Twix mold is completely covered with batter.
Placing stuffed dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them  inches apart to allow for spreading.

Bake the cookies in a preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Take cookies out of the oven and allow them to cool at baking sheet for a couple of mn earlier than shifting them to a cord rack to chill totally.

Enjoy !
